Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
